Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges, or offer a refund, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Cancellations

Order cancellations are only possible through declining the online quotation. Once the order has been placed, the order cannot be cancelled without incurring a fee.
