Frequently asked questions
Due to the nature of our made-to-order products, delivery cannot be calculated until the quotation stage. This means the delivery cost will be added to the online quotation rather than at checkout. Please note - the customer will not be charged until the online quotation is accepted so there will be no hidden costs.
Once you complete the checkout process, you will not be required to make a payment.
Instead, your order will be reviewed by our sales team, who will then contact you with a detailed quotation, including a full price breakdown.
At that stage, you will have the flexibility to make any necessary adjustments to your quotation, decline, or proceed with the purchase by accepting the final quote.
As we operate on a built-to-order basis, lead times will apply. However, a member of our team will be in touch to keep you updated with dates and times.
Everything in the shop will arrive fully assembled and ready to be played with.
We do advise that at least 2 people are required to recieve the delivery from the courier.
