How much is delivery?Due to the nature of our made-to-order products, delivery cannot be calculated until the quotation stage. This means the delivery cost will be added to the online quotation rather than at checkout. Please note - the customer will not be charged until the online quotation is accepted so there will be no hidden costs. We do, however, offer free delivery to most of the UK on all of our bundles - excluding Northern Ireland, Northern Scotland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and The Channel Islands. Any additional delivery costs will be clearly displayed on your quotation.

What is the ordering process?Once you complete the checkout process, you will not be required to make a payment. Instead, your order will be reviewed by our sales team, who will then contact you with a detailed quotation, including a full price breakdown. At that stage, you will have the flexibility to make any necessary adjustments to your quotation, decline, or proceed with the purchase by accepting the final quote.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?As we operate on a built-to-order basis, lead times will apply. However, a member of our team will be in touch to keep you updated with dates and times.

How will my products arrive?Everything in the shop will arrive fully assembled and ready to be played with. We do advise that at least 2 people are required to recieve the delivery from the courier.

What is your returns and refunds policy?If your product arrives damaged or deemed to be faulty, then please contact us on 0800 9755 648 and a member of our team will be able to help
